How much will my website cost?
If your content consists of simple text and pictures, we will only need to know how many pages you require for the entire website. Call us on 01582 662863 and we can give you a good estimate. If you want an exact figure we will need to know a little bit more about what you have in mind, but this can usually be acheived by telephone. For larger projects a meeting can be arranged where we can visit you.

Can you get me to the top of google?
No. If we could straight away we would be millionaires! We always advise our clients to use a Search Engine Optimisation company or use one of Google's paid advertising schemes if their website depends on a large amount of visitors. We offer no guarantees when building your website, but we will make it as attractive to Google as possible - for free!

Do I need to come and see you?
We are happy to meet our clients if you want to talk face to face. The majority of websites can be done via the phone and by email, so it's really up to you.

What happens if I need my website updated after you've built it?
The majority of our daily work is spent working for our regular customers, typically businnesses that need their site updated weekly or in some cases daily so this is very common. Typically, we record our hours on a timesheet and invoice once a month. Our charging schemes are flexible, so if you have a preference to how you would like to manage your website budget, please feel free to suggest it.

Are there any hidden charges?
We usually give one set figure for the completion of a website. The only additional charges to having your website online are buying your domain and for hosting. Read about our hosting here. We will let you know ALL charges before we undertake any project. Our business relies on good word of mouth so we make sure you know exactly what you're getting for your money.

How quickly can you make my website?
Once we have agreed a price with you, and once we have recieved the information that we need to make each page of your website, we can usually complete a medium sized website within a week.

I already have a website but it needs updating, can you help?
We often help maintain existing websites or sometimes give websites a facelift although this can depend upon what system is already in place. It usually best to phone us and talk this through as every enquiry is different.
